<p>Fix that worked for us:</p>

<p>3. Select &#8220;<strong>Global</strong>&#8221; or whichever is appropriate under scope.</p>

<p>6. Go into properties for the newly created list and ad members.</p>
<p>7. Remember to double check the &#8216;email address&#8217; tab to ensure that the email address is for the external address and not the internal domain name (.<strong>local</strong>)</p>
